We met these clients at an SWMBIA Parade of Homes house we had and got along great with them as they had just purchased an old farmstead on 200 acres of irrigated organic wheat in Paradise Valley, Livingston. They loved the details of our home, and based on our first few interactions, we knew they wanted a timber frame home.

We then met with Timberbuilt, out of northern New York, and moved along through the process of design and into the building. As the General Contractor and carpentry contractor of the build, we kept schedules and performed upfront work to prepare for the timber frame crew to assemble the structure. Using smart home technology and highly efficient systems including SIP (Structural Insulated Panels) the project came along flawlessly and this Paradise Valley custom home ended up with the Peoples Choice Parade of Homes winner!
