This beautiful custom home features the classic Fishcamp style. There are two “most important” factors when it comes to our custom homes in Paradise Valley: materials and layout.
The layout has one goal: frame the views. This house, in particular, sits on top of a hill with a direct line of vision to Emigrant Peak, and so, the layout of the home is oriented with the great room and dining room having an all-access pass to all things Emigrant Peak.
Additionally, with the rolling topography of the property, and the home situated on the top of a hill, it was difficult to set this house to capture the views and incorporate the walkout lower level. However, once our Paradise Valley builders had the layout placed where we wanted it, everyone involved, including excavators and landscapers, just knocked it out of the park by adjusting for the layout.The whole home is custom throughout, featuring wire-brushed white oak cabinets.
